Offer valid only for purchase with installation of qualifying wiper blades made between November 16, 2017 and November 21, 2017 (“Promotion Period”) at participating Tires Plus stores in the United States. Receive a $20 Tires Plus Visa® Prepaid Card by mail after purchase of pair of Bosch® Clear Advantage™ wiper blades is made and reward redemption is completed and approved. Offer valid for U.S. residents only. Online claims must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 21, 2017. Mailed requests must include the original, dated receipt for the qualifying product and/or service and must be received by November 31, 2017. Limit two (2) reward request per household. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Offer open to individual legal residents of the United States only who are 18 years of age or older. Requests from businesses, government agencies, groups, clubs or other organizations will not be honored.
