Can I file my reward request online?
All reward requests must be completed online. Please reference your offer code online to ensure your reward is eligible for online submission.

I’ve lost my receipt. What should I do?
Please visit the retailer where the purchase was made and ask them to reprint a receipt for you. 

I submitted my reward request after the dates specified. Will I still qualify?
If the submission date has passed for your reward offer, you will not be eligible for that reward. Always check the terms and conditions as soon as possible to ensure you submit in time.

Do I have to give my email address?
An email address is required, as it allows us to provide you with up-to-date information regarding your reward submission. It is also required to fulfill your reward. All information submitted with your claim form is kept confidential.

Can I submit for more than one reward on the same product?
Reward offers usually specify a limit to the number of claims that can be submitted for each customer, household or address. To find out specific terms and conditions, or the limit of how many rewards are allowed for that offer, please check your claim form. Using additional addresses that are not your own to qualify for more than the limit per customer is considered fraud and is against the law.

How can I check the status of my reward?
Check the status of your submission by clicking on the “Track Your Rewards” button and completing the requested information.

My status says I’m "not approved." What does this mean?
There may be missing information on the form, we may not have received your original receipt, or your reward claim may include invalid products. To find out more about your specific reward claim, call (800) 926-3716.

How long will it take to receive my reward?
Please allow 4–12 weeks for us to receive your submission, process it and issue your reward. If it has been 12 weeks since you completed your submission and you have not received your reward, click “Track Your Rewards” to check the status of your submission.

Please be aware of the following timeframes:

  1. Email Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email from ContactUs@TiresPlusRewards.com with your Claim ID Number in the next 24 hours.
  2. Claim Status: Check back here in 7–10 days and use the Track Your Reward button on your homepage for any updates to your claim status. You’ll receive a second email from ContactUs@TiresPlusRewards.com when your claim is approved or rejected.
  3. Card Selection: Should your claim be approved, you’ll receive a third email from notification@my-prepaidawardcard.com asking you to select a physical or digital card. You must make your selection within 90 days of receiving this email.
    • If you select a physical card, please allow 7–10 business days for receipt of your card.
    • Digital cards will be delivered via a fourth email from notification@my-prepaidawardcard.com within 24–48 hours of making your selection. Upon receipt of your digital card, you can use it immediately online or add it to your mobile wallet.

How will I receive my reward?
Your reward amount will be received on your choice of a physical or digital card. After approval, you’ll receive an email asking you to select the card type. If you select a physical card, please allow 7–10 business days for receipt of your card. Digital cards will be delivered via a fourth email from notification@my-prepaidawardcard.com within 24–48 hours of making your selection. Upon receipt of your digital card, you can use it immediately online or add it to your mobile wallet.

How long do I have to select my card type?
You must select your card type within 90 days of receiving the email from notification@my-prepaidawardcard.com. If you do not make your selection within this time frame, please contact the card company at (888) 243-3034 or use the contact form at my-prepaidawardcard.com/ContactUs.

What if I have issues with card selection, receiving my card or using my card?
