Offer valid only for purchase of qualifying battery made between November 16, 2017 and November 21, 2017 (“Promotion Period”) at participating Tires Plus, Hibdon Tires Plus or Michel Tires Plus stores in the United States. Receive a $40 Tires Plus Visa® Prepaid Card by mail after purchase of qualifying products is made, including install, and reward redemption is complete and approved. Online claims must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 21, 2017. Mailed requests must include the original, dated receipt for the qualifying product and/or service and must be received by November 30, 2017. Limit one (1) reward request per household. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Offer open to individual legal residents of the United States only who are 18 years of age or older. Requests from businesses, government agencies, groups, clubs or other organizations will not be honored. Qualifying products and/or services are subject to availability; no rain checks on the reward program will be offered if qualifying products and/or services are not available. Your reward rights cannot be transferred or assigned.
